About me

Hello everyone and welcome to my website! I’m an artist currently based in the UK. I’ve been interested in drawing and the arts pretty much all my life, but it wasn’t until I left school at 16 when I started taking my art seriously. The main ideas behind my artwork are mostly about my understanding and interpretation of the world, as well as how I deal with the struggles in my life. I generally have trouble with understanding my thoughts and feelings, so my art is my main outlet for that.

It’s quite difficult to explain where I fit in in the art world as I’m unsure what “genre” my art is. I like to describe my art as “semi abstract” as my work is partially abstract with some more traditional aspects, but I like to think that what I’m doing is somewhat original. The main inspirations for my art are mostly the bands I listen to, album covers and my own life experiences. These days however I’m inspired by almost anything as I like to keep an open mind.

My drawings mostly utilise a mixed media format implementing all different kinds of drawing materials. These include marker pens, fine liners, colour pencils, paint pens and gel pens. I have also created artwork in digital formats using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator such as the album covers and logos for my brother’s bands – “Monachopsis” and “A Distorted Utopia”.

On this website you will find the artwork I have created over the last few years. I hope you enjoy looking at my work and decide to follow me in my future artistic adventures!
