This is the first of the mixed media projects that I worked on for my graphic design course. The task was to create a mixed media piece based on a theme of our choosing, which I chose to be “heavy metal” (no surprise there). My final piece uses a mixture of traditional and digital mediums, including parts of album covers, logos, instruments as well as drawings created by me. After I finished this I had time left over to create another piece which I chose to be based on the theme of “speed”. This piece just includes a bunch of cars, explosions and stuff.
